RETURNS POLICY

Our return policy is simple and one that will put your mind to ease when making a purchase with us. Even though all our products are checked with strict quality controls in place, sometimes there can be occasional issues that may arise with the products. Please relax your mind when making a purchase with us as we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all parts and a 12 Month warranty on all our mobile phones and repair services.

For Parts:

All our parts come with a Lifetime warranty. What this means is that if any parts bought from us become faulty overtime, you don’t need to worry as we will take care of it. We will be happy to change or replace any product bought from us if it becomes faulty provided that it is a manufacturing defect and caused to negligent use (Ripped Flex cable, Broken Items (internal or external) or Liquid exposure)

For Mobile Phones:

All our phones come with a 1 year warranty. Our phones come with a 30 day refund period. So if you change your mind then we will happy to refund you (provided it is in the same condition that it was sent to you in). Past the 30 day period, we will be happy to repair the phone for you. If your phone develops any fault within the 1 year period (from purchase date) then we will be happy to fix the issue for you. If the phone is not repairable then we will be happy to replace the phone for you for the same model.

For Repairs:

All our repairs come with a 1 year warranty. If anything goes wrong with your product after it has been fixed, please do let us know and we will fix it for you for free. Please need exclusions do apple and are limited to Manufacturing defects. If you break or damage the parts or they are exposed to Liquid damage then they will not covered in our warranty.
